Two shows this weekend!
Friday night Traci and Susan will be playing as an acoustic duo on the brand new outdoor deck at The Rack in Brandon, starting at 8PM. And Saturday you can catch the full band at Barefoot Billy's on Gandy Blvd. from 9PM-12AM. See you there!

Nathen Trueblood benefit on Sunday
Come to the Nathen Trueblood benefit this Sunday! This is KORE's third year in a row playing at the benefit and Nathen still needs help. He has stage 4 neuroblastoma, a rare and aggressive form of cancer in children.
There will be activities for children including games, bouncy house, pony rides, face painting, crafts, plus a church service, raffles, live music (KORE 10AM-12:30PM), hair salon, dunk tank, food, cash bar, and more. They are also having a golf tournament earlier in the weekend. All proceeds benefit Nathen, who is receiving treatment in New York City - we are planning to visit him in May!

Recording This Month
The band has been playing out almost every week at The Pegasus, The Brass Mug, and most recently at Gasoline Alley. We will be playing there again on April 28th! We are taking some time off in April to record some new songs, which will be on the Web site soon. Thank you to everyone who came to our shows over the last few months - we really appreciate the support and hope to see you when we play again at the end of the month!

It's official: our new drummer is Andrea Fisher! She's very talented and a great fit for the band. Sign up for our mailing list to be notified about our first show with Andrea! For those who have been waiting for our next show, KORE has been undergoing some changes. Our drummer has taken a leave of absence due to circumstances beyond our control. We did, however, find Andrea Fisher to fill in for the time being. Andrea is an excellent drummer and has picked up on our musical style very quickly. She brings a different flair to the band that we think you will all like. Sign up for our mailing list to be notified of our next show, and keep checking the site for more info about Andrea and to see if she hangs in there!

The band has been writing new material the last couple weeks and we now have several new songs! We have been working very hard to get new material out for all of you! Keep checking back! We are also planning a band photo shoot soon so there should be some new band photos of everyone together.

The band had a very busy and productive weekend. We recorded 2 new songs,took some new pics and continue to get ready for the big show in Orlando for the Battle of the Bands on April 8,2006. We also found a wonderful guitar player to help us out with the show..and if she does ok we just might keep her! Her name is Susan and she has been doing an awesome job learning not only the guitar parts but backup vocals as well(just a week before the big show!) She even recorded with us this weekend and will be on the upcoming CD that will be available to purchase at the Orlando show. Important news bulletin: We will be performing "Red Balloons & Peanut Butter" at this show so please come by and see us and don't forget to vote for us!

Filming is underway and will soon be on the site for everyone to see We've had a lot of fun filming this music video for our song "The Used" . This weekend,we shot at Clearwater Beach by the water. We even shot some scenes while driving in our big white van from Enterprise Truck Rentals! Check back soon to see stills from the shoot and maybe a short behind the scenes video!
